Our Auto Assist premium roadside service is available to everyone. Our members enjoy many free services as part of their plan. Non-members will also receive service when they call but will be required to pay.

We can provide certain breakdown assistance services to customers involved in an accident: flat tyre service & jumpstart. However, this does not include accident towing or damage repairs, which are dealt with by your insurance company.
Accident Assist is currently only available to insurance companies and businesses with large fleets who request us to provide this service.
Your Auto Assist plan covers the specific vehicle(s) for which it was requested. The service is not transferable to another vehicle.
Our Auto Assist premium roadside service goes beyond the basic assistance provided under your insurance plan and also includes measures to help you get back on track as quickly as possible. We guarantee friendly, fast, reliable service and options you won’t get anywhere else:

We deliver and install Maximo maintenance-free batteries, which are distributed by Automotive Art. After installation of the new battery, customers are required to take their vehicle to any Automotive Art store within 3 days to have the warranty validated.
In cases where a customer’s vehicle has a flat tyre and no spare wheel is available we may provide a loaner wheel to enable the customer to drive to a repair facility. This service is FREE for Auto Assist members.
Our Mobile Charging Station provides an on-the-spot boost for electric vehicles that have run out of charge. Vehicles are typically charged to 30% so they can be driven to a regular charging station. This service is FREE for Auto Assist members.
