Your insurance roadside assistance service is typically limited to providing a jumpstart and changing a flat tyre. If you have any other issue they’re basically useless. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could get a trained technician to come to your location to fix a minor issue or make an assessment? Well now you can.  Simply call and tell us the problem and we’ll send a technician to you. Fixable issues may include:

• Troubleshoot ECU error codes
• ECU re-learn & reset
• Fix “Key Not Detected” error
• Restore Idle-Stop function
• Brake pad replacement
• Minor mechanical work
• Top-up fluids

You can count on our trained technicians to make sure the job gets done right. And for your added convenience we accept on-the-spot card payments. Auto Assist members with a paid subscription are not required to pay labor charges for on-the-road fixes and assessments. All customers are required to pay for any parts, materials or third-party services used. Non-members can also access this service on a pay-per-call basis. Please note this service is currently not available after hours. Additiionally, on-site repairs are subject to the availability of suitably qualified personnel and replacement parts.
